Clear decisions. Stronger businesses. Better projects.
ALR Advisory brings executive judgement to the projects and businesses that can't afford to get it wrong — guiding government, private clients, financiers and contractors from procurement through delivery to resolution.
Projects and construction businesses fail in the decisions, not the documents. ALR Advisory sits beside the people accountable for outcomes — bringing the experience to see around corners, the independence to say what needs saying, and the depth in the Victorian market to make it count.

Get in touch →Two decades of decisions at the sharp end of business and projects.
Andrew La Rocca founded ALR Advisory to put genuine executive experience within reach of the organisations delivering Victoria's major projects.
Across more than twenty years, Andrew has held senior and executive roles spanning the full project lifecycle — procurement and development management for clients, and operational leadership, bidding and delivery for head contractors. He has sat on both sides of the table, which is precisely why his advice lands: he understands the pressures, the incentives and the decisions each party is really facing.
His work runs from the earliest commercial strategy through to the hardest conversations when projects come under stress. Clients value the clarity; contractors value the candour; everyone values the depth of relationships and market knowledge that only comes from twenty years inside the Victorian sector.

Three streams of work, one standard of judgement.
Whether you're commissioning a project, competing to deliver one, or funding it, the need is the same: clear-eyed advice from someone who has been there. Our work divides into three streams.
